Westport Train Station is 1.5KM away.

The nearest bus stop is located on Mill Street which is 1.1km away.

Where are the nearest airports?

Ireland West Airport Knock is the closest airport and is 65kms away.

Shannon Airport is 155kms away.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive before this time and your room is ready, you can proceed to check-in. If your room is not ready, we will register you, store your luggage, and invite you to relax in one of our restaurants or lounges while you wait for your room.

Do you provide a late check out?

Check-out is at 12 noon. If you would like to arrange a late check-out, please contact reception. Subject to availability, a late check-out can be arranged at an additional charge.

Do you provide luggage storage prior to check in and after checking out?

Luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out. To arrange this, you can contact the concierge team on [email protected] .

Is reception open 24 hours a day?

Reception is open 24 hours a day, with someone on duty at all times who will be happy to assist you with any queries or requests.

Is there free parking at The Grace?

Car parking is complimentary.

Is there Accessible Car Parking Spaces?

Yes, we have several accessible car parking spaces all located conveniently to the entrances of the property.

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is 72 hours (three days) prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this time will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation, applied to the card used at the time of booking.  Should you wish to shorten your stay within 72 hours of arrival, the same cancellation policy will apply.

What should I do if I do not receive a booking confirmation email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact the reservations department at [email protected] to ensure the correct email address is on file, and they will then send you a confirmation email.

How can I amend or cancel my booking?

If you made your reservation directly with The Grace or through the website, you can cancel your booking by email via email [email protected], via email your confirmation email or by contacting the hotel directly on 098 25122.

Do I have to pay a deposit when making a reservation?

A deposit is not required to secure a reservation. Credit or debit card details are required at the time of booking, and the full amount for your stay or package will be processed three days prior to arrival.

How do I cancel my reservation if I booked through another booking platform?

If your reservation was made through another booking platform, all amendments and cancellations must be made directly through the operator’s website.

Do you charge my card when I make a reservation?

The full amount for your stay is charged to the card provided at the time of booking 72 hours prior to arrival. If the payment does not go through, the reservations department will be in touch to arrange an alternative card or cancel the reservation, which is in line with the cancellation policy.

Do you accept vouchers?

We accept a variety of vouchers. Guests are advised to contact reservations on [email protected]  before their arrival with the voucher type and reference number to ensure it can be accepted.

Do you sell vouchers for The Grace?

Yes, we do. The Grace gift vouchers can be purchased online at www.thegrace.ie, at reception, or by calling the hotel on 098 25122.

Are you pet friendly?

Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly. However, there is a nearby boarding kennel called Owenwee. Should you require further information this can be found at owenweekennels.ie .

How many rooms and suites are at The Grace?

The Grace has 129 rooms, compromising of Deluxe rooms, Family rooms, Grand Deluxe rooms, Premier rooms, Interconnecting rooms and Signature suites.

Does the hotel have a lift?

Yes, there is a lift which operates across all floors of the hotel.

Does the hotel have rooms with balconies?

Yes, our Premium rooms have balconies.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, all our accessible rooms are on the ground floor.

What adaptations do these accessible rooms have?

Wet-room style bathrooms, lowered and reachable grab rails and handrails, lowered wardrobe space and clear circular space, widened doorway and entrance foyer.

Do the bathrooms have baths or showers?

Our bathrooms vary by room and include a walk-in shower or a shower and bath. If you have a preference, please make sure to contact us before your arrival, and just to note that requests are subject to availability.

What time does breakfast start and finish?

Breakfast is served in the Restaurant daily at 8am and finishes at 10:30am Monday to Friday, and 11am Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Do you have Interconnecting Rooms?

Interconnecting Rooms are available in the Deluxe wings, and each room has a queen bed and a single bed.

Do you have Family Rooms?

Yes, we have several Family Rooms. These rooms comprise of a queen bed and two single beds.

Do you offer room service?

We offer room service and you can order from our room menu service 24 hours a day.

Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room?

Yes, amenities for engagements, proposals, anniversaries, birthdays and any other celebrations be added to a room set-up.

Is Wi-Fi available at The Grace?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in guest bedrooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

Do you have an electric car charger for guest use?

Yes, we have electric charging stations available on-site.

Do you provide babysitters?

The team are delighted to help arrange a babysitter. Guests can contact reservations at [email protected] to add this request to their booking.

Do you have a kids club?

There is no kids club at The Grace. However, a club is available on the estate during school holidays. For information, please contact Guest Services at [email protected].

Do you hire bicycles for the Greenway?

Unfortunately, we do not have complimentary bicycles or bikes for hire. Should you wish to rent bicycles, please contact Guest Services at [email protected] and we will assist with arranging rental.

How do I book my family into Westport Adventure Park for activities?

Please make contact with Guest Services at [email protected] and we can assist with making reservations for Westport Adventure Park.

Are there Guided Tours of Westport?

Yes, there is a walking tour of Westport Town and a Food Tour. Please contact Guest Services at [email protected] for bookings or more information.

Are there Water Sports Activities in the area?

Yes, at Old Head beach, there’s a snorkelling trail, a kayaking trail, and you can also try coasteering and stand-up paddle boarding.

Can I go on a Boat Cruise?

Yes, seasonal boat cruises operate locally. Please contact Guest Services at [email protected] and we will assist with bookings.
