A Taste of the Rhône
An Evening of Fine Food, French Wine & Shared Stories
For our very first Wild Table evening, we are bringing a taste of France’s Rhône Valley to Westport, welcoming Irish winemaker Simon Tyrrell of Les Deux Cols for an evening dedicated to exceptional food and wine.
Led by Thomas Haughton, Head of Culinary at Westport Estate, and Martin O’Donnell, Executive Head Chef at The Grace, guests are invited to take their place at the table for a bespoke multi-course tasting menu showcasing the finest seasonal Irish produce. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected French wine, with Simon guiding guests through the pairings, sharing his knowledge and the stories behind each wine.
A Taste of the Rhône marks the beginning of an exciting new series of dining experiences at The Grace, bringing people together over exceptional food, wine and conversation.
€125 per person, inclusive of the full tasting menu and accompanying wine pairings. Places for this intimate dining evening are limited, with advance reservations essential.
